The lecturer, Dr. Milagros O. Hernandez, is a faculty member of the Ateneo de Manila University – Center for Continuing Education. She is also the Chairman of the Philippine Society for Training Development’s Professional Development Committee.

Having awarded three times as the “Private Detective of the Year”, the speaker Mr. Raul V. Domingo also shared some of his breath-taking true-to-life stories while in the surveillance operation. He also demonstrated numerous techniques in conducting tailing either by car or by foot.

The participants were also given insights on how to make a believable cover story to obtain relevant information from an informant without him knowing about the investigation. It was also discussed during this seminar the various sources, where information can be obtained as well as the techniques used in conducting property verification.
