TVSI Continues its ISO Certification

Truth Verifier Systems, Inc. (TVSI), the country’s first and leading private detective, investigation and lie detector company, marks its 3^rd as ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company after passing the Management System Surveillance Audit last August 8, 2013.   

Having been granted the Certification in 2010, TVSI continues to maintain its management system in line with the requirements of the standard and demonstrated the ability of the system to systematically achieve agreed requirements within the scope and the company’s policy and objectives. During the audit, Lead Auditor Engr. Myra C. Cabales, conducted a process-based audit with series of interviews, observation of activities and review of documentations and records. This this year shows how the company has improved in implementing the existing Quality Manual based on the procedures designed by the company because it had a remarks of “Zero” conformity, thereby, noted that the company had adequately addressed the nonconformity identified during the previous audit activities and the specific issue has been redefined.

To date, Truth Verifier Systems, Inc. is the only company in the country to be ISO 9001:2008 Registered Firm in the field of lie detector testing, detective and investigative services, and training and distribution of products.
