So many books and write-ups have been published talking about “Success”. Most of them provide rules and principles in attaining success, while others are based on actual experiences. It is easier to say things than to do them; so much easier to formulate rules and principles than to get out into the field to put into practice the same percepts.

At first, it was a mere compilation of our President’s cliché and recital words and phrases. It was the associates’ gift for him on his birthday way back 2008. It sounded like a ridiculous gift but our President appreciated it so much. Our President even had it printed in a large-sized tarpaulin and displayed it in our office. He also shared it and continuously disseminated it to his allies in the industry. These recital words and phrases have proven to have great value leading to the company’s successes. Here are some of the TVSI secrets of success as adapted by its associates in their daily jobs:

Honesty brings harmony in the workplace. TVSI has been noted for its integrity and truthful reporting. Our President always reminds the associates to be truthful at all times so as not to create discord within the company.

The TVSI Way:  Do it honestly, justly, effectively and efficiently. The company assures to render cheaper, faster and better reports to exceed customer satisfaction. Satisfied clients refer more potential clients to the company.  

Aim for excellence, zero defects. The company caters high quality service to the clients by providing good investigation reports. The company also sees to it that clients should be given high importance as they are part of the successes of the company. The company also makes sure that the jobs are handled professionally.

TEAM – Together, Everyone, Achieve, Miracle. Each department plays a vital role in the success of the company. Everyone works together from Sales to Administrative to Finance and to Operations or Polygraph. The jobs are professionally handled by the departments. The good camaraderie of the associates also uplifts the image of the company.

Perfect practice makes perfect. Many people say, “Practice makes perfect”; however, at TVSI, we do perfect practice to have perfect results. In contrary, if an associate does erroneous practices, he is likely to commit mistakes and worse, be misled by ignorance; but if practice is done with precision, excellent result will come your way.

Trust but verify. It has been the company’s virtue to trust everyone. Do it right the first time. We avoid reworks. Findings on the first operation may not be the same with the findings the second time around or vice versa. Re-works will only mislead the clients. Reworks only show how inefficient and unprofessional an investigator can be

Huwag magdahilan, gumawa ng paraan (Make ways, do not make excuses). As part of the training, each associate is being challenged to excel on his chosen field, where he was seen to have potentials. The company believes that in every confusion, there is a solution; and in every question there is an answer. If the associate will be accustomed to excuses, he will tend to half-hazard jobs or mediocracy.

Always Observe: Secrecy Discipline, Compartmentalization, Need-to-know Basis. As a detective/investigative company, confidentiality is always being taken into consideration. The client will not trust the company if the cases they sought help from TVSI will come out in the open. The company protects the identity of the clients. In the same way, the subjects are also deemed confidential. All reports are being treated secret and privileged.
