WHISTLEBLOWER

"Because sentence against a bad work has not been executed speedily, that is why the heart of the sons of men has become fully set in them to do bad," observed King Solomon.-Ecclesiastes 8:11.
They report those negative acts done by others, in position or not. They are the one who never afraid of being terminated to their work. They are the one who bravely tell the truth and nothing but the truth. They are what we call, the whistleblowers. Yes, they tell the truth. Yes, they are brave and yes, a lot of them are being killed or murdered because of what they did not just in their organizations but also, in the big sense, the country.
We all hear their name every day. The scandals they brought up. The bomb that explodes because of them. The most common of those bombs is because of corruption. Is there anybody who never heard of it? Ha! Every day of our life, every time we watch television and listened to the radio or even in print, corruption is the headline in every news or in newspapers. It is annoying and common like, what’s new? These whistleblowers came up because of a thing; they can’t take anymore what their boss is asking them to do.
Corruption is being done because of avoiding punishments, through bribery, and the most common in the Philippines, is because of greediness or selfishness. Granted, selfishness may good for one but not to the point that everyone will suffer just because of one selfish human being. Material benefits have good and bad effect. The good thing is that it gives satisfaction  to the one who has it and the bad is if that person is not satisfied or contented to what he/she have, he will do everything to have more of it by hook or by crook.
In the Philippines, people are so immune hearing politicians uses the public funds for their personal benefits. How would the public know about it? According to the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners International, the very common way of a whistleblower could expose a misconduct is through telephone hotline. Second is through anonymous letter. Third is the website. In our country, as per seen on television, the ways of exposing corruption is telling it with the use of media. Second is the use of website or social networking sites like YouTube, the best example is the Hello Garci Scandal.
A number of government agencies in the Philippines were being named the RP’S Most Corrupt Agencies by the Philippine Daily Inquirer last March 19, 2009. These are, in ascending order, Bureau of Customs as the fifth most corrupt agency. Next, in the fourth place, is Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR); Third, Department of Agriculture; second is the Philippine National Police were Heidi Mendoza was the whistleblower; and last, the most corrupted government agency is the Department of Public Works and Highways were Sandra Cam exposes a multimillion-peso public works anomalies together with Wilfredo “Boy” Mayor who were killed because of the said expose’.
In detecting fraud and other anomalies, a lot of company and agency offer how to detect and prevent fraud instantly. One the common way of teaching people how to do it is by seminars and/or workshops offered by companies who are masters in fraud detection.
Truth Verifier Systems, Inc. (TVSI) pioneers in lie detector test in the Philippines wherein they give security services to the government and private sector.
