Truth Verifier Systems, Inc. (TVSI), the country’s Number 1 Lie Detector Company, the first Private Detective Company to be certified by ISO (International Standard Organization), and awarded by the Philippine National Police (PNP) as the Hall of Fame Best Private Detective Agency has recently opened its Calabarzon Branch at the heart of the commercial area of Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
TVSI Branch office is located at 2/F, Don Francisco M. Tan Gana Bldg., National Highway, Balibago, Sta. Rosa, Laguna (on top of Allied Bank, in front of UCPB and near St. Peter Church) and with contact number 994-8249. It is a fully-furnished unit at the second floor provided with fully computerized polygraph room and an interview room. To keep its TVSI’s distinctiveness, it also uses LX5000 Computerized Polygraph Instrument, the most advanced polygraph instrument by Lafayette Instruments, U.S.A., and is operated by highly skilled and US trained lie detector examiners.
The company expanded to this area to cater a more accessible site for its clients within Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon Province, thereby, providing utmost customer satisfaction through its quality services. This will also help its clients save time and money because the subjects will no longer go to its main office in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila to undergo the lie detector test. Furthermore, this will also sustain its company’s adherence to render polygraph results within the next business day.
CAPT. DUMLAO TALKED AT PMAP CALABARZON CHAPTER

The President of Truth Verifier Systems, Inc. and Captain of Professional Detectives Conrado G. Dumlao talked about “Catch Liars, Cheaters and Thieves” during the 150th General Membership Meeting of People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) Calabarzon Chapter at Yasaki-Torres Manufacturing, Inc., Yasaki Compound, YTMI Realty Special Economic Zone Authority, Calamba City, Laguna on June 21, 2012.
Comprised with three sub-topics – Hotline Tips, Body Language and Lie Detector Test, the entire discussions had been very beneficial to the association members and guests during the event. They were able to acquire ideas and techniques in detecting and minimizing, if not completely eradicating, fraud and other forms of deception that causes losses in the company.
At the end of the presentation, the participants, who were mostly from the human resources and personnel departments, truly realized that the management is contributory negligent if they are just complacent with the traditional pre-employment screening and periodic audit conducted by their respective companies. The participants learned about the early preventive techniques in protecting company assets by choosing the right employees as well as the procedures on how to deter such wrongdoings in the workplace via discreet reporting system. This presentation is a complete package of detecting, deterring and preventing dishonesty within the workplace.
Meanwhile, Mr. Dumlao has been invited to talk and present the same topics to numerous companies and associations for they have proven that this is very helpful in business and industry. Based on the audience evaluation, the presentation was rated “Excellent” and “Very Good”.
