Posthumous
Award for Dr. Conrado Guerrero Dumlao for being one of the founders
of the Philippine Society for Industrial Security (PSIS) and for his great
contribution in the Security Industry.
The grandchildren, Tommy Dumlao
Nulud, Louise Claire & Josel Dumlao represented the Dumlao family.
